Viacara is a community of designers and makers, working together to spread Portuguese design through the world.

Closely bonded by the interest in developing significant products for the home.

The year was 2011. Two young product designers fresh out of college, ESAD.CR, rented a studio in an old cereal factory that was turning itself into a creative hub. Thus, VICARA was born.

In 2020, VICARA comes back to the place where it all began: Caldas da Rainha. Now as an established Portuguese design brand focused on editing objects from young talented designers.
