Sofia Sustelo is a portuguese ceramicist with a passion for creating beautiful pieces for contemporary homes. Delicate, feminine and elegant, each piece is carefully handmade in her small ceramic studio in Lisbon.

All pieces are finished with real 12k gold accents that emphasise the value and uniqueness of every handmade piece.

After studying Fine Arts and Ceramics at Fine Arts University of Lisbon, Sofia Sustelo worked as a textile and graphic designer, which had a big influence on her current work. Patterns and textures are always present.

Sofia Sustelo works to continue the strong tradition of ceramics in Portugal (all her clays are sourced and produced locally in Caldas da Rainha) but with a more modern approach and refined by simplicity and femininity.
